The existence of this queen is scientifically confirmed and is known either from religious literature such as Periyapuranam, semi-biographical poems of the later Chola period as well as temple, copper plate and cave inscriptions.
Description
Ko Kizhan Adikal alias Tayar Nampirattiyar Kokkilanadigal was a Chera princess.
Please note: It is possible, that Ko Kizhan Adikal was the same person than Kizhan Adikal Ravi Neeli or his sister. If they were sisters, king Parantaka I married two distinct Chera Perumal princesses (the mothers of his two sons, Rajaditya and Arinjaya Chola).
An inscription of the 20th year of Parantaka I records a gift of land after purchase from the Assembly of Tirutturutti by Kokkilanadigal, queen of Parantaka I, to maintain a lamp and provide for offerings to the image of Trai-lokya-Sundara (Tripurasamhara) set up in the temple in the form assuming which he burnt the three cities of the Asuras.

Kōkkilān was the name of the mother of Rājāditya, called Kōdaṇḍarāma, the eldest son of Parāntaka who died in the battle of Takkōlam.
The inscription of his 28th year (335 of 1902) records that the temple of Tiruttondisvarar of Tirunavalur was constructed of stone by Rajaditta-devar; and a member of the retinue of his mother (‘Tayar Nampirattiyar Kok-Kilanadigal’) made gift of a lampstand and 90 sheep for a perpetual lamp.

A.―INSCRIPTION OF PARANTAKA I.
This inscription (No. 335 of 1902) is dated in the 28th year of “Parakêsarivarman who took Madirai(Madhurâ),” i.e. of the Chôḷa king Parântaka I.6 who ruled from about A.D. 900 to abaout 940.7 It records the gift of two lamps by a servant of Kôkkil̤ân̤aḍi, the queen of Parântaka I. and the mother of his son Râjâdityadêva. The latter is the Râjâditya who, according to the large Leyden grant8 and the Âtakûr inscription of A.D. 949,9 was killed in battle by the Râshṭrakûṭa king Kṛishṇa III.
